CMIN 5103 - Understanding Mission and Culture

This course examines mission, especially as it relates to the local church. This interdisciplinary study is designed to move the student toward a visionary and inclusive understanding of mission in relation to the transformation of individuals, communities, cultures and the planting of churches. Students will reflect on a biblically based theology that takes seriously the church’s missional vocation.
