BIBL 3123 - The Wisdom Tradition as Christian Scripture

3 credits

This course offers an introduction to the wisdom tradition of the Old Testament from both a critical and theological perspective. Students will develop their exegetical skills and hermeneutical awareness while also deepening their understanding of the subject matter and distinctive theological contributions of this canonical section of Christian Scripture.
Prerequisite: BIBL 1053 - The Christian Scriptures  and BIBL 2553 - Biblical Interpretation
