COMM 3563 - Conflict Resolution


3 credits

This course is designed to examine conflict from a communicative perspective. We will assess the role of conflict in multiple contexts, including in interpersonal interaction, group communication, and social discourse. Moreover, we will explore methods that help us better understand how to manage and resolve conflict in our private and professional lives. Through the use of case studies, role-playing, and discussion, this course will help you become a better communicator in conflict situations.
