INCS 3073 - International Development in Missions

This course focuses on international development/compassion ministries within the context of missions. It looks at the biblical mandate for compassion ministries, discusses the root causes and definition of poverty and then examines best practice methodology and responses. Students will gain insights on how to implement holistic ministries that empower and transform communities, with an emphasis on the local church and local sustainability.
