INTC 2083 - Computer Programming I

3 credits

Introduction to programming concepts including procedural programming (methods, parameters, return values), basic control structures (sequence, if/else, for loop, while loop), file processing, arrays and an introduction to defining objects. This class will include hands- on programming in some simple programming languages.

Prerequisite: INTC 2053 - Introduction to Computer Science or 3 credits of general elective if student successfully passes a computer science placement exam.
