PMIN 3763 - Ministry Leadership & Administration

A study of the theory and functions of leadership, administration, strategic planning, and legal issues applied to churches and ministry organizations. Special attention is given to the roles and responsibilities of ministry leaders, administrative processes, human relations, communication, budgeting, and methods for organizational management. Ministry associated with the Assemblies of God will be one focus in this course.
