An overview of the financial tools available to the manager in decision-making. This course includes a study of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow projections, budgets, changes in financial position, and ratio analysis. Emphasis is on reading and understanding accounting documents, rather than on the mechanical aspects of their preparation.
