The College of Business offers the major in Organizational Management designed to allow adult professionals to earn a degree while remaining in their career.
Graduates with a degree in Organizational Management are able to:
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of common business principles.
- Recommend a business strategy for a company to gain market share.
- Evaluate practices and issues in business from a Christian worldview.
- Navigate a real-life situation utilizing healthy conflict resolution skills.
- Evaluate organizational behavior practices to increase performance.
- Examine the effectiveness of a nonprofit organization in critical areas.
- Develop a career plan to actualize their unique calling in Organizational Management.
