NURS 3956 - Therapeutic Nursing Interventions II

[Practicum] Application of concepts related to the care management of adult and gerontologic clients experiencing acute, sub-acute, chronic, and terminal health problems. A variety of client-centered individual and interprofessional health care models are practiced, in multiple settings, using quality, effectiveness, and efficiency outcome criteria for evaluation.
