CMIN 5163 - Team Building and Managing Conflict

This course will examine working with teams and successful ways to manage conflict within the workplace as a Christian leader. The student will understand the foundations for team leadership and how to discern components of real teams. The goals of the course will be to: To help the student appreciate and embrace the multiple applications of team leadership in various settings; to prevent burnout or ego problems; to understand different types of conflict, causes of conflict and skills to address conflict issues from a leadership perspective. (Same as PMIN 5163)
