Monitoring and Evaluation In this course, students acquire foundational concepts of outcomes-based monitoring and evaluation, and practice core skills to design and conduct program evaluations. This hands-on course challenges students to monitor and evaluate real programs in their local contexts, thus making them more impactful and efficient in achieving social transformation.
