BUSM 6393 - Artificial Intelligence for Business

This course is a study of the basic ideas, challenges, techniques, and problems in artificial intelligence (AI). A graduate-level introduction to AI with a primary focus on understanding concepts and terms like machine learning, deep learning, and neutral networks is provided. Emphasis is given to gaining a comprehensive perspective on how AI is being applied in practice. Various types of AI technologies will be studied, and awareness will be increased on how leaders and managers can leverage AI in business. Concerns and issues surrounding AI such as ethics and bias will be explored.
