NURS 4932 - Nursing Care of the Childrearing Family: Therapeutic Interventions

2 credits

[Practicum] Applies concepts of health assessments and interventions specific to healthy and at-risk families as learned in NURS 4352 Health of the Childrearing Family. Experiences include care management of growing infants and children during illness episodes and wellness. Combines clinical diagnostic reasoning, ethical decision-making, and therapeutic monitoring skills acquired in previous nursing courses with a multi-complex scope of client interactions.
