Program Outcomes

Completion of the Graduate Certificate in Community Economic Development requires the student to demonstrate competencies in:

1. Constructively assessing and evaluating a community’s needs and opportunities
2. Collaboratively designing and managing approaches to local community and economic development
3. Engaging local non-profits, faith communities, and other community stakeholders in advocacy and policy work
