EDMA 7123 - Higher Education Leadership and Administration

This course focuses on the responsibilities and opportunities for leading in colleges and universities. The roles of board members, administrators, and faculty are examined, along with organizational models, specifically shared governance. Students will study organizational cultures within higher education and apply leadership models and theory to current critical issues in U.S. higher education.
