BUSM 5413 - Organizational Management 3 credits
This course is a study of the four pillars of management – planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Through the exploration of these concepts, knowledge is gained to effectively manage tangible and intangible resources. Additional topics of study include leadership, diversity management, effective groups and teams, communication, conflict management, and managing change. Course assignments are designed to equip students with in-depth knowledge and skills to be effective leaders and managers in an ever-evolving workplace.
