EDMA 7533 - Leading Change and Innovation in Higher Education

This course addresses leadership, organizational development, and change theories and their relation to higher education environments. Students will evaluate organizational needs, identify challenges, and develop proposed solutions for current challenges experienced within the higher education environment. Additionally, students will explore the rapidly changing nature of higher education along with emerging innovative models and structures.
